Free to start. Pay for the app, not the platform.

Linkdra works as one account with one bill — but you only ever pay for the apps you have switched on, and every one of them has a free tier you can stay on indefinitely. Nothing here replaces your accounting software or your CRM, so there is no migration to budget for either.

How buying works

Free to start, and it stays free

Every app has a free tier with no card and no countdown. The limits are on volume, not on time — so you can run something real on it and decide in your own time.

You pay per app, not for a platform

There is no base subscription to unlock before you can use anything. Switch an app on and it is charged; switch it off and it stops, pro-rata.

One bill, however many you run

One app or the whole shelf, across your whole team, arrives as one invoice on one renewal date.

Prices live on the app pages

Each app is priced for the job it does, so the number sits next to what it actually gets you rather than in a grid of columns you have to decode.

Where each app's prices are

Every app publishes its plans and its free-tier limits on its own page. Nothing is behind a form.

Three ways to buy

Yourself, through a partner, or as an enterprise

Yourself

Sign up, switch on the app you need, and stay on the free tier as long as it does the job. Same apps, same features. If whoever does your books already runs Linkdra, ask them first — they handle the setup and it goes out under their name.

As a partner

Most firms

For accountants, bookkeepers and agencies putting these apps in front of their own clients — at your prices, under your name. The same activation also opens the shelf pointed at growing your own practice.

$49one-time activation

Then wholesale rates on whatever your clients use.

  • ✓ Wholesale rates on every app
  • ✓ One console across all of your client workspaces
  • ✓ Control which apps each client can see
  • ✓ Set your own retail prices and keep the margin
  • ✓ Your brand and your domain on the front
  • ✓ A named contact, and co-marketing material you can put your logo on

As an enterprise

Volume across many workspaces, procurement and security review, SSO, a data processing agreement, or an app built for a workflow that is specific to you.

What "free" actually means here

It means no card at signup, no trial period, and no feature that quietly stops working after fourteen days. Every app has a free tier with limits on volume — how many contacts, how many notices, how many client organisations — and when you hit them you will know exactly which one you hit and what the paid plan costs.

If the free tier does what you need, staying on it forever is a perfectly good outcome for us. It is how most people find out whether the next app is worth paying for.

Billing questions

Pick the one thing that is costing you the most. Then stop having to remember it.

Every app has a free tier — no card, no trial clock. Switch one on and it starts working this week.
